Shipping policy

Shipping:

All items are made to order (unless stated that they are ready to ship). Once your order has been placed it will take between 2-4 business days to make.

Items are then sent out via Canada Post and should take 2-10 days to arrive.

If you would like to arrange for Local Kelowna pickup, please choose "Local Pickup" from the shipping options at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Highway Supply Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Bulk Orders:
Please contact us to place a bulk order. Orders over $400 will get free shipping.
